Are your wall decals safe for use on my walls?

Our decorative wall decals are made of non-toxic PVC Vinyl with a low tack adhesive that allows for the reuse of our decals. In addition, our decals do not contain any VOC's or pthalate's. We are committed to providing high quality, premium decorative wall decals for our customers.

Will your decals stick to any wall in my home?

Wall For All Decals products do, in fact, adhere to most surfaces with no pre-treatment required. It is important that the surface is clean and smooth for the best results. If you plan to place your decal over wallpaper, textured or finished wood surface, we recommend that you test a sample first. Some of our wall decals are even suitable for use on cars!

We have made sure to provide extensive product descriptions and specifications for each of our products.

It really is as easy as "Peel It, Stick It, Love It!" In these three easy steps, you will have virtually instantly transformed your space.

Don't forget, our decorative wall decals are removable and reusable. If you peel your decal and smooth your hand over the spot you have chosen and decide it's not the perfect spot for your design, just peel it back off and stick in on again in the desired area.

**Please note- if your walls have been freshly painted, we highly recommend that you wait at least 24 hours or until your walls are completely dry before you apply your wall decal.

Once applied, our decorative wall decals will have a "stenciled" or "painted on the wall" look and feel. Even better-you can achieve this look and feel in a fraction of the time it takes to paint, stencil or hang pictures or framed art on your walls!

Can I clean my wall decal?

Yes! We recommend you clean it with a damp cloth. Yes, it really is that simple to prep your walls to apply our products!

All of our wall decals are made and manufactured in the USA with non-toxic materials and lead-free inks.

During our normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-7 p.m., Mountain Standard Time) you can expect a response within 2 hours. All other hours (including Saturday and Sunday) we will respond within 12 hours or less (usually MUCH less!).

Can I order a custom design from Wall For All Decals? Circle Burst Decal Set

Not to confuse you- however, the answer to this question is yes and no.

Here's the YES portion of our answer-Yes, you can order some designs in a custom color of your choice. If a design is available in more than one color, a color chart will be shown under the "Product Description" for a design that allows you to choose a color preference. For instance, our Circle Burst Single Set and Circle Burst Mixed Set Designs are available in 9 different colors.

We also carry Customizable sets, such as our "Making Wall Talk Letters" design, which includes 74 individual letters. With this set of letters you can customize and personalize your surroundings however you like.Lastly, designs such as our "Tree Branches Wall Decal" come in many different elements. Designs like this are very versatile and with this particular design there are more than enough elements to allow you to determine how big or how small you would like to make this design when applying it on your wall. You could create an entire tree with branches or opt to create multiple branches on one or several walls!

Now for the NO portion of our answer-

Currently, Wall For All Decals is unable to offer our customers the option to submit custom images, designs, etc. for reproduction. However, we are currently in the process of implementing a system that will allow us to accept requests and fulfill orders for customers that would like to submit a custom design. We anticipate this system will be in place by January 2013. This date may be subject to change and we will make every effort to update this information as it becomes available. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. If an item is out of stock, we will be sure to make note of this whenever possible on our site to make you aware of any product backorder prior to placing an order with us.

Backorder Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience.

We always do our best to inform customers regarding items on backorder for each and every product we offer on our website and update this information on a daily basis.

If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further information and provide updates on an estimated ship date as they become available. On average- shipment is typically delayed by no more than 3-5 business days when an item is on backorder.
