Depending on which product you have purchased, your order will either ship from our York, PA or East Hampton, NY supplier warehouse locations. Your items may need to ship separately depending on which products you ordered, but will not affect the total shipping cost for your order or the estimated time of delivery of your order.

If a product on our website is listed as backordered, this means we are waiting for it to be reprinted. If a backordered item is included in your order, your entire order will be held until all items are in stock and your order can ship complete.

Damaged Goods Policy
For items damaged during shipment, please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
