Shipping Policy

* US destination orders shipped via Fed Ex and/or UPS Ground will ship within 2 to 4 business days and are delivered within 4-7 business days.

** Domestic orders shipped via USPS Economy Saver Service ship 3-7 business days and are delivered within 4-10 business days (depending on destination).

*** International orders ship within 3-5 business days and are delivered within 7-10 business days (depending on destination).

Unless otherwise requested, orders will ship either FedEx or UPS Ground. All International Orders must ship USPS Priority International Flat Rate.

Depending on which product you have purchased, your order will either ship from our York, PA or East Hampton, NY supplier warehouse locations.  Your items may need to ship separately depending on which products you ordered, but will not affect the total shipping cost for your order or the estimated time of delivery of your order.    

We will provide tracking information for ALL orders placed via email once your order has shipped. 

Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

Wall for all Decals currently ships to all 50 US States and also ships worldwide to Greece and Australia.  If you are interested in purchasing our products and we do not currently ship to your location, please feel free to contact us to inquire about international shipment and when shipping will be available for your country/region.  Thanks!

• We cannot ship Fedex to PO. boxes (call us for special arrangements).
• We cannot ship Fedex to APO. boxes (but we will be glad to ship USPS for you).

Return Policy  

If you are unsatisfied with the look, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you are not completely happy with. 

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us for information on exchanging a product prior to doing so.

Backorder Policy

 If a product on our website is listed as backordered, this means we are waiting for it to be reprinted.  If a backordered item is included in your order, your entire order will be held until all items are in stock and your order can ship complete. 

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. We will do our best to inform you prior to placing an order with us whether an item you have selected is on backorder. 

Sometimes certain products sell so fast it becomes difficult to inform our customers ahead of time so if you are unsure about the estimated delivery time of your order, please feel free to email us anytime at support@wallforalldecals.com or call 1-800-511-8918.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions within 24 hours.

Damaged Goods Policy

For items damaged during shipment, please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
